Clinic Plus has announced the launch of its latest Daughters’ Day campaign, building on its long-standing #MeriBetiStrong platform with a new film that explores how a daughter can become her mother’s source of strength and courage.
The campaign is anchored in the thought, “MaakiMajboorinahi, BetiHotiHaiMaa Ki Mazbooti”, and celebrates the evolving mother-daughter relationship, particularly the emotional support daughters provide as they grow older.
The brand film is set around a book launch, where an author credits her daughter as the inspiration behind a collection of poems drawn from her own life. The story then travels back to the daughter’s childhood, beginning with her request for a single braid instead of two, and follows their relationship through the years.
As the mother faces pressure from those around her to adjust and endure a difficult marriage, her daughter recognises the sacrifices that remain unspoken. Her empathy and support help the mother understand that strength can also mean choosing oneself. The mother ultimately rebuilds her life on her own terms.
Harman Dhillon, Executive Director, Beauty & Wellbeing, HUL, said the campaign celebrates the moment when the confidence and independence a mother gives her daughter becomes the mother’s own source of support.
Clinic Plus has dedicated the story to the 1.3 crore single mothers across India, highlighting their resilience and role in shaping their daughters’ futures.
