RCM Consumer Products Private Limited has brought together women associate buyers and leaders from across India at its Special Women’s Academy 2026, combining empowerment with practical learning, sports and cultural activities. Held at RCM World, Bhilwara, on August 15-16 under the theme “Har Naari Samman Ki Adhikari”, the two-day programme focused on health, leadership, confidence, sportsmanship and self-reliance. The event marked Independence Day with a march-past and flag hoisting, followed by performances by school-going girls and cultural presentations showcasing India’s diversity.
A felicitation ceremony recognised women achievers, with Founder T.C. Chhabra and Managing Director Priyancka Agarwaal addressing participants. Chhabra said RCM’s approach to women’s empowerment extends beyond economic independence to health, confidence, leadership and participation in family and society. Agarwaal said the company aims to help women recognise and refine their talents while balancing responsibilities at home and outside. Sports formed a major part of the second day, with an Inter-state Sports League featuring national and state-level karate and grappling player and black belt Kiran Sharma and Rajasthan Kesari wrestling champion Ankita Vaishnav as chief guests.
Participants also learnt about preparing protein-rich nutritious food, growing organic vegetables through home kitchen gardening and improving makeup skills. Traditional dances and a cultural walk highlighted India’s cultural diversity. Established in 2000, RCM has more than 10,000 outlets, 160+ depots and over 450 products nationwide.
