iQOO Neo 11 Ultra Arrives With 9,100mAh Battery and Dimensity 9500 SoC: Check Features, Price

iQOO has introduced its latest flagship smartphone, the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra, in China. The smartphone, launched on Tuesday, packs a large 9,100mAh battery with support for 100W fast charging. It comes in three colour variants and focuses on performance, display and battery life.

The handset is powered by the octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9500M chipset, which is manufactured using a 3nm process. The processor includes a core running at up to 4.21GHz, three cores clocked at up to 3.5GHz and four cores operating at up to 2.7GHz. It is paired with an ARM G1-Ultra GPU and up to 16GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM.

The iQOO Neo 11 Ultra supports dual Nano SIM cards and runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. For storage, the phone offers up to 512GB of space. It features a 6.83-inch 2K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate.

In terms of cameras, the smartphone gets a 50MP LYT700V primary sensor with OIS and up to 20x optical zoom. It is accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, while selfies are handled by a 16MP front camera.

The phone comes with IP68 and IP69 ratings for protection against water and dust. It also features a 94.88 per cent screen-to-body ratio, along with an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, physical gyroscope, proximity sensor and other sensors. For biometric security, the device has a 3D fingerprint sensor and Face Wake facial recognition.

The 9,100mAh battery is claimed to deliver up to 36.5 days of 4G single-SIM standby time. It can also reportedly provide up to 33.5 hours of 4G VoLTE talk time. Despite the large battery, the smartphone weighs 225 grams.

The iQOO Neo 11 Ultra is offered in three colour options in China — Riding the Wind, Shadow Black and Chi Guangbai, based on the translated Chinese names.

The smartphone starts at CNY 3,699, which is approximately Rs 52,000, for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. The 16GB + 256GB model is priced at CNY 4,099 (around Rs 58,000), while the 12GB + 512GB variant costs CNY 4,299 (approximately Rs 61,000). The top-end 16GB + 512GB model is priced at CNY 4,699, roughly Rs 66,000.
