Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has launched an Industrial AI Solutions Lab in Bengaluru in collaboration with Nvidia to help manufacturing and mobility companies develop, test and deploy artificial intelligence applications at scale.
The new facility will enable enterprises to move beyond experimental AI projects and accelerate the transition towards production-ready solutions. The lab will support the design, testing and validation of Industrial AI applications by combining TCS’s industry expertise and technology capabilities with Nvidia’s advanced AI platforms.
TCS said the facility will allow customers to rapidly prototype and simulate AI use cases across sectors such as manufacturing, mobility and industrial operations before deploying them in real-world environments. Applications supported by the lab will include autonomous driving systems, advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), predictive maintenance, automated quality inspection, digital twins and agentic AI solutions.
Sreenivasa Chakravarti, Global Head and Vice-President of Industrial Autonomy and Engineering at TCS, said the Bengaluru-based lab will help transform innovative ideas into practical industrial applications by combining Nvidia’s AI capabilities with TCS’s engineering expertise.
The launch comes amid growing investments by global manufacturers and mobility companies in AI-driven automation, digital twins and software-defined systems aimed at improving productivity, reducing costs and shortening product development cycles. The lab will also help businesses test AI models in simulated environments, lowering deployment risks and improving speed to market.
