FGII cover 36 villages across Sikkim through insurance awareness campaign

In Sikkim, Future Generali India Insurance Company Limited (FGII) has introduced an insurance education campaign named “KEEP YOUR FAMILY SECURED, GET INSURED!” The program attempts to boost the region’s insurance penetration. Dignitaries including Dr. Yogesh Verma, Mr. Pramod Dalmia, and Mr. Rajesh Somani launched the campaign van in Gangtok City.

The 12-day van campaign of the future Generali would tour 36 villages in the Gangtok district. In order to spread awareness about insurance and how it can help individuals protect their futures, it will provide engagement activities including performance art, question-and-answer sessions, and a fortunate draw. The goal of the insurance awareness program is to raise public awareness of the value of insurance in daily life while also educating people about insurance and the claims procedure.

There is a sizable untapped market in North-East India, including Sikkim. The FGII’s larger plan to boost insurance penetration in the nation includes the insurance awareness programme in Sikkim. The organisation has been at the forefront of spreading knowledge about insurance and has established several projects and programmes around the nation to do so.
Ruchika Malhan Varma, Chief Marketing Officer, Future Generali India Insurance Co. Ltd. said, “ We, at Future Generali, are committed to making products accessible, affordable, and available for Bharat and India alike.”
