Crystal Crop Protection expands portfolio with six new agri innovations for Kharif 2026

Crystal Crop Protection Ltd. has strengthened its position in India’s crop protection market with the launch of six next-generation agricultural solutions for the Kharif 2026 season, aimed at addressing evolving pest pressures, unpredictable weather patterns and changing disease dynamics. The company said the new portfolio, developed through extensive research, field validation and farmer-centric product development, is designed to improve farm productivity, profitability and sustainability.

The new launches include “Samorian”, a patented soybean herbicide with a three-way mode of action against grasses and broadleaf weeds, and “Takuro”, a patented maize herbicide offering three-layer weed management with rapid systemic action and long-lasting residual control. In the paddy segment, Crystal introduced “Xeberia”, providing multi-site protection against fungal and bacterial diseases, along with “MAXentra”, a dual-action fungicide offering broad-spectrum disease control across multiple crop stages. The company also launched “Valtruva”, an advanced cotton insecticide featuring Smart Triple Action Technology, and “KGR-T”, a patented organic smart nutrition solution powered by Effervescent Tablet Delivery System (ETDS) and Extended Nutrient Release (ENR) technologies to enhance nutrient-use efficiency and crop resilience.

Chairman and Managing Director AnkurAggarwal said Indian agriculture requires practical and affordable innovations to address climate uncertainty and changing pest dynamics, while Chief Business Officer SohitSatyawali said the products were extensively validated across diverse agro-climatic regions to meet farmers’ evolving needs.

With the latest launches, Crystal Crop Protection has further expanded its integrated portfolio spanning weed, disease, insect and nutrition management. The company said the new offerings reinforce its commitment to responsible crop protection, Integrated Pest Management and sustainable farming practices while supporting higher yields, reduced cultivation costs and improved farm profitability.
