Ai+ Smartphone has unveiled the Nova 2 Power, the latest addition to its Nova 2 Series, through Project Open Review 2.0, a pre-launch initiative that opens the device to independent testing by reviewers, creators, journalists, technology enthusiasts and ethical hackers.
Building on the first edition, which drew more than 700 registrations, Project Open Review 2.0 marks the first time the company has invited ethical hackers to assess the smartphone before its consumer launch. The initiative is aimed at strengthening consumer confidence through independent and unscripted evaluation.
The Nova 2 Power features a design-led approach with two dual Colour Fusion finishes—Golden Blue Fusion, combining muted gold with deep navy blue, and Blue Fusion, blending ocean blue with vivid sunset orange. Under the hood, the device is powered by the Media Tek Dimensity 7100 chipset, built on a 6nm process and designed to balance sustained performance with power efficiency. It runs on Nxt Quantum OS.
Ai+ Smartphone CEO Madhav Sheth said the company aims to combine performance with a distinctive design identity while allowing the product to earn consumer confidence through transparent testing.
Siliguri represents a potentially important market for the Nova 2 Power, with growing demand for smartphones that offer a combination of performance, visual appeal and differentiated user experiences. The device’s design-focused positioning and independent review strategy could help Ai+ attract young, tech-conscious consumers in the region, particularly as competition in the mid-range smartphone segment continues to intensify.
The company said complete specifications, pricing and availability will be announced closer to the consumer launch.
