Zubin Mody resigns as CHRO of IndusInd Bank; thanks board and colleagues for support

IndusInd Bank’s Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Zubin Mody, announced his resignation following two decades of employment with the organization. His letter of resignation, which he turned in on July 25, 2025, will take effect on October 24, 2025. The bank revealed that Mody, an IndusInd veteran who joined the company in 2005, is departing to pursue new career prospects after 20 years of service in a regulatory filing submitted in compliance with SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) guidelines.

“After a fantastic and rewarding 20 years with the bank, I would like to look for new chances elsewhere. That’s why Mody wrote to the bank’s board: “I have made this very difficult decision to resign from the services of the bank.” “I take this opportunity to thank the Board, my colleagues and all stakeholders of the Bank for their trust and support during my tenure,” said the chairman of the board. Mody has a management degree in Personnel Management & Human Resources from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and graduated with honors in Physics from Mumbai University. Prior to this, he oversaw the HR department at ICICI Lombard and held key HR positions at ICICI Bank, where he was in charge of pay and performance management.
