With two grenade attacks, more attacks can be carried out: ULFA-I warns Assam Police

Recently there was two grenade blasts in Sivasagar and Tinsukia districts, as per sources United Liberation Front of Asom-Independent (ULFA-I) has claimed the responsibility for the attack. Also the two grenade blasts occurred on November 22 and December 9.

Also the banned militant outfit has threatened to carry out more attacks in the state and warned Assam Police DGP G.P Singh to shun down his arrogance. The attack was the reaction of GP Singh’s arrogance that he has shown, the outfit militant has claimed.

The outfit stated, “We do not have any enmity with the Assam Police. However, we would like to warn G.P. Singh not to stake claim over the Assam Police as his ancestral property. He has given an identity of his arrogance which has hurt not only the sentiments of the officers/personnel employed in the Assam Police but also the indigenous people of the state.”
