With international travel on the rise, baggage mishandling remains a pressing issue. A 2024 SITA report revealed that over 36 million bags were mishandled worldwide. Vi’s new initiative offers peace of mind, ensuring travelers have a safety net in case of lost or delayed baggage. Customers can activate this service while purchasing their international roaming pack and register with Blue Ribbon Bags before their flight. If baggage is not recovered within four days, compensation is processed with no questions asked.
