Vi, a leading telecom operator, has set a Guinness World Record for the world’s largest notebook sentence using 23071 notebooks in its ‘Be Someone’s We’ campaign. The company plans to donate over 23000+ notebooks to underprivileged students in Uttar Pradesh through the Ministry of Education.
Over 700 people, including Vi employees and their families, and 500 underprivileged kids from various organizations, gathered at Janeshwar Mishra Park in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, to create the world’s largest notebook sentence, ‘Be Someone’s We’, to promote inclusivity and togetherness. Vi will donate 23071 notebooks used in the creation to the Ministry of Education – Uttar Pradesh.
The goal is to illustrate how networks bring communities together and foster social bonds, promoting inclusivity and fostering a sense of togetherness. Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Shri Brijesh Pathak Ji, attended Vi’s initiative and spent time with NGOs and employees to encourage everyone for the world record. Expressing his enthusiasm on achieving this milestone, Pravir Kumar, Operations Director, Vodafone Idea, said, “Today, we’ve become ‘We’ for the children, and we aspire to continue this journey of togetherness for others as well.”
