Ghulam, brother of BJP leader Rahil Hasan name has been found in the murder case of Umesh Pal. Pal was also the main evidence in the killing of BSP MLA Raju Pal in 2005. Ghulam has been expelled from the party as per the sources.
According to the postmortem report Umesh Pal was attacked with 9 bullets and crude bombs by seven assailants in front of his home on Friday. And the victim lost his breath during the treatment. Along with Umesh his one of the gunner was also killed during the attack.
The prime accused in the murder case is mafia-turned-politician Atiq Ahmed, at present he is in a jail in Gujarat.
