Ultraviolette accelerates West Bengal expansion with new Siliguri experience centre

Ultraviolette Automotive has strengthened its footprint in West Bengal with the launch of its third Experience Centre in Siliguri, following Kolkata and Berhampore. The state-of-the-art UV Space Station, inaugurated today in partnership with Spark Automobiles LLP, marks another step in the company’s nationwide expansion across 20 cities.

The Siliguri centre offers an immersive brand experience with end-to-end facilities, including personalized test rides, sales support, and a dedicated service hub for maintenance and spares. Customers can explore Ultraviolette’s flagship electric motorcycles—the F77 MACH 2 and F77 SuperStreet—which deliver 40.2 hp, 100 Nm torque, and a 323-km IDC range.

In Siliguri, the entry of Ultraviolette is significant. Known as the “gateway to Northeast India,” the city has seen a steady rise in demand for electric two-wheelers driven by eco-conscious consumers and better infrastructure. Dealers anticipate strong adoption among young professionals and commuters, with sustainability and performance becoming key purchase drivers. Industry watchers believe the Siliguri market could set the pace for EV growth in smaller but strategically important urban centres. Ultraviolette CEO Narayan Subramaniam said the launch reinforces the company’s vision of democratizing performance EV mobility. “Siliguri’s enthusiasm for EV adoption aligns with our mission of delivering intelligent and future-ready mobility,” he noted.
