Toyota Hilux and Fortuner: A Symbol of Endurance and Reliability

Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) joined forces with the Indian Navy for the ‘Eastern Naval Fleet Drive – The Eastern Arc,’ an initiative organized by the Eastern Command of the Indian Navy. This fleet drive, spanning 12 days and covering 17 cities across 6000 kilometers on the East Coast of India, aims to engage with the civil populace and raise awareness about the Indian Navy’s roles and responsibilities.

TKM supported the Indian Navy by providing a fleet of seven vehicles, including four Hilux and three Fortuner models, specially equipped to handle challenging terrains and remote locations. The drive is split into two groups, the Northern and Southern groups, each starting from Visakhapatnam and following separate routes towards Kibithoo and Kanyakumari, contributing positively to community development.

The choice of Toyota Hilux and Fortuner for this endeavor reflects their reputation for Quality, Durability, and Reliability (QDR), as well as their off-road capabilities. This partnership signifies Toyota’s commitment to exceeding expectations, not only by providing high-quality vehicles but also by fostering community engagement and supporting initiatives that benefit society. Together with the Indian Navy, they share the spirit of “No land too far, no beach too hard” as they embark on this remarkable journey, united in their dedication to the nation and its people.
