The Durex Birds and Bees Talk program has expanded from the Northeast to Gujarat and Delhi

Reckitt, the global leader in consumer-healthcare, announced the expansion of The Durex Birds and Bees Talk programme which is directed towards the adolescents between the age group- 10 to 19 Years, in the states of Gujarat and New Delhi. Partners with ASSOCHAM Foundation for Corporate Social Responsibility (AFCSR) to provide Life Skills Education to children’s in the two states. The programme aims to reach 15 million adolescents this year, and has launched its theme song ‘Protected’ to focus on five key pillars of the curriculum: Consent, Equity, Inclusion, Awareness and Protection.

The Durex Birds and Bees Talk (TBBT) program has been implemented in 6 North East States of Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland and Sikkim, reaching 4 million youth. It has a 2-level interactive, animated curriculum to promote the core principles of inclusion, awareness, consent, awareness and protection. The SROI Evaluation Study Report shows that every ₹1 invested into the programme delivers ₹24.40 in social value.
