Tata AIA unlocks financial literacy across West Bengal with ‘Bimarath’ campaign

Tata AIA Life Insurance Co Ltd (Tata AIA) has launched an impressive campaign ‘Bimarath’ campaign in West Bengal which is binding hearts and providing a ray of hope in the state. Launched in November’23, this initiative isn’t just about insurance; it’s about touching lives, making a difference, and fostering inclusivity.The colorful Bimarath, a mobile beacon of change, recently painted smiles in North Bengal and danced through the vibrant streets of Kolkata and South Bengal in December’23. Beyond the numbers, over 10,000 faces lit up as the Bimarath brought not only insurance awareness but also joy, hope, and a sense of security.

In a poignant twist, Tata AIA collaborated with a transgender advocacy group in Barackpore, North 24 Parganas. Beyond insurance discussions, this session became a platform for empowerment, offering transgenders opportunities to join as advisors. The result? Over 325 new licentiate agents joined Tata AIA, not just as employees but as beacons of change in their communities.Girish Kalra, Chief Marketing Officer of Tata AIA Life Insurance, shared, “Our Bimarath is more than a van; it’s a symbol of hope and inclusivity. We want every person in West Bengal to feel protected and embraced.”

Tata AIA’s digital campaign, featuring the beloved ‘Bimasen,’ has further connected over four crore hearts in the state, underscoring the significance of insurance solutions like savings plans, pension plans, term plans, and unit-linked plans.In collaboration with the Central Bank of India and Cholamandalam MS General Insurance, Tata AIA’s efforts go beyond policies; they touch the soul of communities. The District Level Committee formed echoes Tata AIA’s commitment to transforming West Bengal into a haven of insurance awareness and support.
