Starbucks India launches ‘AamarPujo, Aamar Starbucks’ menu, eyes festive consumption surge in Eastern India

Starbucks India today announced the launch of its first-ever Pujo-inspired menu, “AamarPujo, Aamar Starbucks,” available from September 20 across select stores in Kolkata, Guwahati, Siliguri, Gangtok, Bhubaneswar, Jamshedpur, Patna, and Ranchi. The limited-time menu combines Eastern India’s culinary heritage with Starbucks’ signature offerings, featuring Chingri Turnover, Bhetki Bhaja Sandwich, AlooPoshto Burger, Kasundi Chicken Burger, and Dhakai Chicken Wrap. Traditional Bengali sweets like Mihidhana Brulee and Kalakand Pie are reimagined for a contemporary palate, complemented by beverages such as Chocolate Foam Cold Brew and Jaggery Cloud Latte. Customers can also enjoy 50% off on the second food item to share the festive joy.

In Siliguri, the festive menu is expected to enhance Starbucks’ presence in the city’s emerging premium café segment. Early store feedback indicates growing consumer enthusiasm, particularly among young professionals and families seeking unique festive experiences. Analysts anticipate that the limited-edition offerings will strengthen footfall, drive incremental sales, and reinforce brand engagement in Siliguri during the Pujo season.
