Škoda Auto India has officially outlined its strategic roadmap for 2025, setting the stage for what it calls the “biggest year” in its 25-year journey in the country. As the company also marks 130 years globally, the brand is focused on accelerating growth through a future-ready product lineup, rapid network expansion, and enhanced customer engagement.
Ashish Gupta, Brand Director, Škoda Auto India, stated, “India is our most important growth market outside Europe. Our focused product offensive and customer-first approach will significantly strengthen the Škoda brand in 2025.” Key initiatives include expanding the company’s SUV lineup—featuring the Kushaq, Kylaq, and Kodiaq—and reinforcing its sedan legacy with the Slavia and a new global model. The brand also plans to increase its presence from 290 to 350 customer touchpoints across 200+ cities by 2025.
Škoda’s expanding network is capturing attention as local demand for premium European vehicles grows. The city’s rising urban consumer base and gateway location to the Northeast position it as a strategic growth hub for Škoda’s Tier-II focus. Škoda is also prioritizing superior ownership experience with offerings like Škoda SuperCare, flexible service options, and comprehensive warranty packages to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
