Škoda Auto India has officially launched the Kylaq, its first-ever sub-4m SUV, marking a significant entry into the highly competitive Indian SUV market. Priced at INR 7,89,000, the Kylaq will be available globally ahead of its official launch in January 2025. The compact SUV offers remarkable features, including a segment-leading 446-litre boot, six-way electric seats with ventilation, and over 25 active and passive safety features, including six airbags.
Powered by a 1.0 TSI engine generating 85kW of power and 178Nm of torque, the Kylaq is offered with a six-speed manual or automatic transmission. This marks Škoda’s commitment to producing India-centric models with high levels of localization, superior driving dynamics, and uncompromising safety.
