Škoda Auto India has reached a milestone of 250 customer touchpoints across India, marking a significant milestone in the company’s customer-centric focus. Milestone achieved with the inauguration of a sales outlet in Gulbarga, Karnataka.
Speaking on the landmark, Petr Šolc, Brand Director, Škoda Auto India, said, “Our 250th customer touchpoint is a landmark in terms of numbers and reach across the country. We will continue to expand our network and enhance the ownership experience for our customers.”
The company’s Kushaq SUV and Slavia sedan have been instrumental in growing the Škoda brand in India. The company has also focused on Safety, Family, and a Human Touch by introducing fully digitalised showrooms with immersive technologies. The brand offers a 4-year/100,000 km standard warranty and a range of maintenance and warranty packages, including up to 8 years or 150,000 kms. The brand also offers exchange offers and pre-owned car facilities, further entrenching itself in the Indian market. The company aims to reach 350 customer touchpoints by the end of 2024.
