Škoda Auto India achieves record 107% growth in landmark Silver Jubilee Year

Škoda Auto India has announced that 2025 was its biggest year ever in the country, coinciding with its 25th anniversary. The company reported sales of 72,665 cars, registering a 107% year-on-year growth over 35,166 units sold in 2024. This milestone reflects strong momentum across products, markets and customer touchpoints. Key contributors included the Kylaq as a major growth driver, sustained demand for the Kodiaq, Kushaq and Slavia, and the exceptional response to the Octavia RS. Škoda also expanded its network to more than 325 customer touchpoints across 183 cities and crossed cumulative sales of over 200,000 locally produced cars since 2021.

Ashish Gupta, Brand Director, Škoda Auto India, said the year highlighted the “trust and love” of customers and reaffirmed the brand’s commitment to relevance, differentiation and trust. The company also strengthened its identity through a 100% network rebranding and cultural brand engagement initiatives, while expanding its dealership workforce to over 7,500 professionals and enhancing warranty and service offerings.

In Siliguri, Škoda is witnessing rising interest from aspirational and urban buyers looking for European engineering, premium quality and long-term reliability. Network expansion and customer-centric initiatives are supporting steady brand acceptance in the region.

Entering 2026, Škoda Auto India remains focused on new product introductions, deeper market penetration and enhanced sales and aftersales initiatives.
