SBI General Insurance launches an integrated brand campaign with Pankaj Tripathi as its brand ambassador

SBI General Insurance has announced actor Pankaj Tripathi as its Brand Ambassador and launched an integrated campaign titled ‘Chuniye Bharosa, Apno Sa’, reinforcing its positioning around trust and transparency. The company has released a new health insurance film under the campaign, portraying Tripathi as a quiet pillar of strength within his family. The narrative highlights everyday acts of care and responsibility, mirroring the insurer’s commitment to safeguarding families. The film has been conceptualised and executed by TBWA Lintas.

The campaign comes amid rising medical costs and growing health awareness, which have made comprehensive health insurance a key component of financial planning. The insurer said it is focusing on product innovation, technology integration and transparent claim settlements to make health coverage more accessible and meaningful.

MD & CEO Naveen Chandra Jha said families are increasingly viewing health insurance as essential rather than optional. Tripathi said the campaign’s message of trust and belonging resonated deeply with him. Rathin Lahiri, Head–Marketing & CSR, said the film celebrates the “quiet heroism” of the common man. The integrated campaign will roll out across print, television, OOH, OTT and social media platforms nationwide.
