The Darjeeling Welfare Society (DWS) is set to host Rozgar Mela 2.0 on 15th and 16th November 2025 at Salesian College, Siliguri, with the objective of enhancing employment avenues for the youth of the hills and North Bengal. The two-day event will serve as a vital bridge between skilled job seekers and leading employers from across India.
With participation from over 50 reputed companies and more than 8,500+ job openings across diverse industries including banking, retail, IT, healthcare, and hospitality. Among the major recruiters are Hero MotoCorp, Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata Group, ITC, Wipro, HDFC Bank, Reliance Retail, and Apollo Hospitals. The Rozgar Mela 2.0 is open to all eligible candidates free of cost, ensuring that every young aspirant has equal access to employment and growth opportunities.
