Recently the Pradhan Nagar police successfully returned a bag full of jewellery worth lakhs to a local couple after it was accidentally left on an e-rickshaw. Actually the incident occurred when the Jaiswal couple, residents of Pavitra Nagar, visited a jewellery shop in Champasari on Sunday to exchange old jewellery. However, after they actually decided not exchanging the gold due to unknown reasons, the couple headed home in an e-rickshaw.
Upon arriving home, the couple discovered that their bag containing valuable jewellery was missing. In fact following this, they promptly reported the matter at the Pradhan Nagar police station. After this the police began examining the CCTV footage from the Champasari area. Actually the investigation led the officers to the e-rickshaw driver, who was able to provide information about the location of the lost bag. After completing the necessary legal formalities, the police actually retrieved the jewellery bag. On Thursday, the bag was officially handed back to the Jaiswal family, who show their gratitude to the police for their prompt action.
