A 36-year-old Indian-origin man was shot multiple times and killed by a teenage boy who was robbing his convenience store in US’ North Carolina. Mainank Patel’s parents, who are based in Gujarat’s Vadodara, said that he had migrated to US in 2007 to pursue computer science. He is survived by a daughter and wife, who is expecting their second child. This is actually very sad news and all Indians need to take it seriously.
Today many Indians are going abroad and from it they are expecting a good life there. But it also can be very dangerous as crime against Indians in foreign nation is increasing with time and it is very serious concern. In fact it is the time for all Indians to raise the voice so that everyone around the world knows that what we Indians feel after this type of incident. In reality this incident is very dangerous and we Indians should think about our self from it so that people in abroad know us in good way.
