The SEBI along with the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the BSE have established an Investor Service Centre in Gangtok to cater to the needs of investors in the securities markets of Sikkim. The center, managed by NSE, will offer query resolution, complaint resolution, and assistance in filing complaints on the SEBI Scores Portal and the Smart ODR Portal.
The ISC center will also serve as a learning center for investors on investment-related products and queries, such as Mutual Funds, Exchange Traded Funds, Sovereign Gold Bonds, Real Estate Investment Trusts, and Infrastructure Investment Trusts.
The center is open to all investors interested in learning, understanding, and investing in the securities market. Investors may make use of the services of the Investor Service Centre located on the 1st floor, Mohora Commercial, Opp Deorali, Bazar, Near Bufferfly Bridge, Gangtok, Sikkim-7371011. Shri Ashishkumar Chauhan, NSE MD & CEO, said: “The Investor Service Centre will facilitate resolution of complaints of investors against listed corporate entities and other registered intermediaries in the securities market and will also facilitate conducting of investor awareness programs in the states.”
