51,389 recently hired teachers received their appointment letters from Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. The chief minister and other ministers personally delivered their employment letters to 10,739 teachers during a lavish ceremony at Gandhi Maidan in Patna. Nutan Kumari from Arwal, who quit her IT career to teach Class 11–12 in Bihar, received the first appointment letter. Transparency and merit-based selection were guaranteed during the teacher recruitment process, which was carried out by the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC).
Nearly 100 teachers received their appointment letters from CM Nitish in person. The Chief Minister emphasized the value of high-quality education in the state and congratulated the chosen applicants. He reaffirmed the dedication of his administration to enhancing the state’s educational system. He promised that more possibilities would be made for young people and that the teacher recruitment process would continue. Every one of Bihar’s 38 districts is participating in the process.
