Mahindra’s Truck and Bus Division (MTBD) is accelerating its expansion with the inauguration of five new dealerships across Jhansi, Ghaziabad, Raipur, Bharuch, and Kadappa in July. These state-of-the-art facilities, equipped with 37 service bays, are designed to handle over 75 vehicles per day, providing essential services such as driver lodging, 24-hour breakdown assistance, and AdBlue availability.
Mr. Jalaj Gupta, Business Head – Commercial Vehicles at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, emphasized the company’s impressive 46% CAGR growth in FY24 and the strategic importance of these new dealerships. “We aim to enhance our customer service and fleet uptime with these new facilities,” Gupta said. He also introduced the “Zyada Mileage Nahin toh Truck Wapas” guarantee for the BS6 OBD II truck range, promising exceptional fuel efficiency and increased profitability for transporters.
In Asansol, the new dealership is poised to significantly impact the local market, offering enhanced service capabilities and setting new standards for customer satisfaction in the region.
