Lizol announces the successful culmination of its #TestWhatYouTrust challenge

Lizol, India’s No.1 floor cleaner**, has announced the successful culmination of its #TestWhatYouTrust challenge. Launched in March, the campaigninvited consumers to nominate the phenyl brandsthey trust for household cleaning for scientific testing. The challenge aimed to comparegerm-killing and cleaning capabilities of these phenyl brands against Lizol.The response was over whelming, with over 2 lakh entries from consumers across the country.

Vijay Verma, as brand ambassador, participated in the #TestWhatYouTrust challenge, challenging consumer trust in phenyls, which is often misinterpreted as a germ-killing efficacy. The top ten consumer-nominated phenyls were compared against Lizol in an ISO-certified laboratory, including popular brands like Doctor, Lemonex, Gainda, Cleanzo, Cross, Trishul, Ozone, White Tiger, Floorosol, and Kirubas. Lab results revealed that Lizolkills 99.9%#germsand provides 10 times more cleaning^compared to the most commonly used phenyl brands in India.

To celebrate the culmination of the campaign, the brand released an ad film featuring brand ambassador Vijay Verma. The film showcases the test results, highlighting that Lizol outperforms in cleaning and killing germs. Vijay Verma then encourages people to shift their trust from phenyls to Lizol for the best results.
