Land Rover has launched the Range Rover Velar 2023 officially in India. The updated SUV top-spec is available in HSE trim priced at Rs 94.3 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Range Rover Velar has received minor cosmetic changes for the 2023 model year. The SUV gets new Pixel LED headlights with integrated LED daytime running lights, redesigned tail lights and an updated rear bumper.
The interior has a minimalist look with fewer physical buttons. It comes with a new 11.4-inch curved touchscreen powered Land Rover’s Pivi Pro system, 4-zone automatic climate control, a 360-degree camera, powered front seats with heating and ventilation functions, a powered tailgate and a Meridian audio system. The car has a sleeker center console area where Terrain Response Control is now integrated into the touchscreen.
In India, the Velar is available with a 2.0-litre petrol engine that produces 247 BHP and 365 Nm and a 2.0-litre diesel that produces 201 BHP and 430 Nm. The SUV gets a four-wheel-drive system and air suspension that reduces the ride height by 40mm in ‘elegant arrival’ mode. It has a water-wading depth of 580 mm.
