Ixigo shares: Shares of travel services provider Le Travenues Technologies (Ixigo) rose 15.24% to hit a new 52-week high of ₹206 on the BSE, a day after the company announced its June quarter results. On the National Stock Exchange, ixigo shares rose as much as 15% to hit an intraday high of ₹206.20.
Ixigo’s operating revenue rose 75% to ₹321 crore in the quarter ended June 2025 from ₹184 crore in the same period a year ago. Its net profit rose 28% to ₹19 crore as against ₹15 crore in the same period last year.
Operationally, ixigo reported strong performance as earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA), also known as operating profit, grew 70% to ₹32 crore from ₹19 crore in the same quarter last year.
Le Travenues Technology recorded a gross transaction value (GTV) of ₹4,644.7 crore in the first quarter of the current fiscal year, up 55%. Flight and bus GTV grew 81% year-on-year in Q1 FY26 compared to Q1 FY25, while train GTV grew 30% year-on-year.

Our phenomenal growth in categories such as buses and flights is a result of our unique strategy, which includes a customer-centric approach, the ability to cross-sell and up-sell to our limited user base, our tech-centric DNA, AI-driven efficiency and enhanced brand awareness,” Rajnish Kumar, Group Co-CEO, ixigo, and Aloke Bajpai, Group CEO, ixigo, said in a statement.
During the first quarter, the company introduced the Visa Rejection Protection feature, under which ixigo offers a full refund on airline cancellation charges in the event of a visa rejection. To be eligible for this, passengers must cancel at least 24 hours before departure and submit valid proof of visa rejection. The feature is designed to provide peace of mind and reduce financial risk for international travellers.
The company also introduced no-cost EMI and book now, pay later options for flights and trains.
As of 10:10 am, ixigo shares were trading 14.41% higher at ₹ 204.90, outperforming the Sensex which was down 0.235.
