Recently the process of installation of CCTV cameras has commenced at several traffic points in Rajganj block. Actually the installation took place under the initiative of Jalpaiguri District Police for additional vigilance in the area ahead of the Lok Sabha elections. Reportedly, on this Friday, CCTV cameras were installed in Rajganj’s Hati More on the Siliguri-Jalpaiguri National Highway (NH). Additionally, CCTV cameras were also installed at Belakoba’s Battala More under Rajganj block.
Police sources stated that the polling for Jalpaiguri Lok Sabha Constituency would be held on April 19 for which the work of installing CCTV cameras have been initiated for strict vigilance. The NH would be closely monitored with the CCTV cameras. This is actually good thing as today CCTV cameras help people in many ways especially for security. Actually the coming elections are very important and people should take it seriously so that they vote the right candidate. From this news we can get that good preparation are going on for this election.
