In a residential area in the 10-number line of Thanjhora Tea Estate in Kharibari’s Buraganj herd of wild elephants entered

On 01st December in Kharibari sensation prevailed after a herd of wild elephants entered the residential area in the 10-number line of Thanjhora Tea Estate in Kharibari’s Buraganj. The wild tuskers’ invasion left two houses damaged. According to reports on Friday morning a herd of elephants entered the area from the Tukariajhar forest. Later during their invasion for food the animals damaged two houses. In this regard, the locals claimed that the incident was reported to the forest department but the forest officials allegedly did not turn up on time. After that the forest officials from Ghoshpukur range arrived at the spot and initiated the safe movement of the herd of elephants to the forest.

Actually today human population is increasing very fast and with it they are constructing different towns and cities. Due to this many problem are coming in wild life and actually it is need to be solved. The most important thing is to care them as there life is very important. Human being should not be selfish and need to take steps so that we don’t harm wild life.
