NCP leader and former Maharashtra minister Hasan Mushrif’s motion for anticipatory release in a case involving alleged money laundering was denied by a court in this city on Tuesday. He had stated in the application that he anticipated being arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) while under investigation and being interviewed for a statement under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
