IBM unveils the Watsonx Platform, an AI and data platform

At its annual Think conference, IBM (NYSE: IBM) unveiled IBM watsonx, a new AI and data platform that will soon be available and allow businesses to scale and hasten the impact of the most cutting-edge AI with reliable data.

 Enterprises utilising AI today require access to a complete technology stack that enables them to develop, test, and roll out AI models across their organisation with reliable data, speed, and governance – all in one location and across any cloud environment.Also, IBM is announcing further planned advancements, including a GPU-as-a-service infrastructure, an AI-powered dashboard to measure cloud carbon emissions, and a new practice for watsonx and generative.

IBM is providing an AI development studio, data store, and toolkit for governance to make AI easier to adapt and scale. AI models can be tailored to an enterprise’s unique data and domain knowledge to create competitive differentiation and unique business value.“With the development of foundation models, AI for business is more powerful than ever,” said Arvind Krishna, IBM Chairman and CEO.
