The young men of Honda India once again displayed their mettle in round 2 of the 2023 IDEMITSU Honda India Talent Cup NSF250R at Madras Motor Racetrack (MMRT) in Chennai, displaying the real racing DNA of Honda.
Millennial racers rode with confidence and poise on Honda NSF250R bikes, which were developed for Moto3 racing, demonstrating a competitive platform for excellence and higher levels of racing. Kavin Quintal of Chennai took first place in the 2023 IDEMITSU Honda India Talent Cup NSF250R with a lap time of 11:11.508. AS James came in second, with Prakash Kamat third. Kavin Quintal crashed in Race 2, but Shyam Sundar won first position with a lap time of 15:21.396.
AS James finished second with a time of 15:21.779, while Raheesh Khatri finished third with a time of 1:52.034. Satisfied with the riders’ performance, Mr. Yogesh Mathur, Director, Sales & Marketing, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India said, “While Kavin got crashed at the beginning of today’s race, Shyam emerged as another strong contender and claimed his first win in this category. We are looking forward to more achievements in the coming races.”
