Hilton expands footprint with DoubleTree by Hilton Siliguri Sevoke Road

Hilton (NYSE: HLT) has announced the signing of its first DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in SiliguriSevoke Road, in partnership with Soonerio Hotels Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of the Beekay Group. Set to open in 2028, the 120-key hotel will bolster Hilton’s presence in Northeast India, offering its globally renowned hospitality to a rapidly growing market. Siliguri is a crucial junction for trade and tourism, with proximity to Nepal, Bhutan, and Bangladesh. The new property’s prime location on Sevoke Road ensures connectivity to Bagdogra Airport and New Jalpaiguri Railway Station, catering to both business and leisure travelers.
