Fusion CX bets on Siliguri with 1,000-seat, 54,000 sq. ft. facility to power e-commerce CX

Fusion CX, a global leader in customer experience (CX) and business process management, has inaugurated a new 54,000 sq. ft. delivery center in Siliguri, West Bengal. The facility, with 1,000 seats (approximately 3,000 shift seats), is designed to support Ecommerce and Retail sectors through omnichannel solutions spanning voice, email, chat, social, and in-app messaging.

The launch event was graced by Shri Babul Supriyo, Minister of Information Technology and Electronics, Government of West Bengal alongside Fusion CX co-founders Pankaj Dhanuka and Kishore Saraogi. Officials hailed the expansion as a boost to local employment and recognition of Bengal’s growing IT and BPM sector.
