Faster deliveries, happier homes: Amway India’s expanded network now reaches over 90% of the country

Amway India has announced a major upgrade to its Home Delivery operations, aiming to make product access faster, smoother and more reliable for families and wellness consumers across the country. Over the past five years, the company has doubled its reach from 8,000 to more than 17,500 pincodes, now covering over 90% of India. Average delivery time has been reduced by 48%  from 3.1 days to 1.6 days while next-day deliveries have increased from 29% to over 55%.

Managing Director Rajneesh Chopra said the transformation is driven by stronger partnerships, agile supply chains and smarter digital systems focused on customer experience. Senior Vice President Sanjeev Suri added that advanced analytics and deeper collaboration with national carriers have made deliveries faster and more dependable.

Amway operates 23 warehouses, some equipped with Pick-to-Light technology, fulfilling over 2 lakh monthly orders with a 99.2% Perfect Delivery Rate. Real-time tracking via SMS, email and website, along with a 30-day return policy and doorstep pickup across 1,900 pincodes, further enhances convenience. Looking ahead, Amway plans to introduce premium and sustainable packaging to further enhance the doorstep experience for customers nationwide.
