New Delhi: Agricultural and construction equipment maker Escorts Kubota on Thursday said its consolidated net profit rose 18 percent to Rs 318 crore in the fourth quarter ended March 2025, as sales rose.
The company had reported a net profit of Rs 270 crore in the January-March quarter of the previous fiscal.
Revenue from operations rose to Rs 2,445 crore in the latest fourth quarter as against Rs 2,301 crore in the same period a year ago, Escorts Kubota said in a regulatory filing.
For the full fiscal year ended March 2025, the company said its consolidated net profit rose to Rs 1,265 crore as against Rs 1,077 crore in FY24.
Revenue from operations grew to Rs 10,244 crore in FY25 compared to Rs 9,804 crore in FY24.
The company said its board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 18 (180 per cent) at Rs 10 per share for FY 2024-25, subject to shareholders’ approval at the upcoming annual general meeting.
Escorts Kubota said its tractor sales stood at 1,15,554 units in the last fiscal, up 1 percent from 1,14,396 units in the previous year.
For the year ended March 2025, construction equipment sales stood at 6,484 units as against 7,141 units a year ago.
On Thursday, the company’s shares closed at Rs 3,170 per share, down 1.01 percent on the BSE.
