Durex The Birds and Bees Talk (TBBT) collaborated with the 24th Hornbill Festival to raise awareness about adolescent health and wellbeing in a culturally rich setting. TBBT engaged festival-goers in open and informative dialogue, fostering a healthy environment for discussions often considered taboo. Durex TBBT took pride in being the Health Partner for the 24th Edition of The Hornbill Festival, recognizing the opportunity to weave health awareness into the vibrant tapestry of Nagaland. Shanavas C, IAS, Deputy Commissioner & District Magistrate, Kohima, Nagaland, thanks TBBT for being the Health partner this year.
Durex TBBT expanded its reach beyond the main arena by unveiling a rap album on December 9th at Imagiland, featuring artists like G’nie, Sudarshan Rai, A Hosea, and Nagaland’s MokoKoza. The rap songs on Awareness, Inclusion, Equity, and Consent captivated the crowd.
TBBT also organized a painting competition on the theme “Express the vibrant colors of adolescence” to celebrate and encourage the creative expression of talented artists who can inspire youths. LitokaAchumi was adjudged as the winner, while MethsingBeshang and Vimhakho Sotetsu bagged the 1st and 2nd runners-up positions, winning cash prizes up to 1 lac INR.
