Donald Trump rejects all 34 of the allegations brought against him and enters a not guilty plea

At his appearance in a Manhattan court on accusations connected to hush money payments made to a porn star before the 2016 presidential election, Donald Trump, the first former US President to be charged criminally, pleaded not guilty to 34 felony counts of falsifying business records. The 76-year-old former president was detained on Tuesday when he showed up to make his surrender at the Manhattan Criminal Court. Trump entered a not guilty plea to 34 criminal accusations of fabricating company documents in front of State Supreme Court Justice Juan M Merchan. Trump is the first former US president to be accused, arrested, and charged with a crime.
