Copper futures prices upgrade on increased spot demand

New Delhi, May 6: Copper futures prices rose 0.37 percent to Rs 849.10 per kg on Tuesday due to increased spot demand.
The price of copper contracts for June delivery on the Multi Commodity Exchange rose by Rs 3.15 or 0.37 percent to Rs 849.10 per kg in a business turnover of 747 lots.
Analysts attributed the rise in copper prices to higher bets by participants.
