HCCB announced the transfer of bottling operations in three territories that are being operated by Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd (HCCB), a subsidiary of TCCC. Moon Beverages Private Limited will own and operate the North-East market and select West Bengal areas, while also operating parts of Delhi and Uttar Pradesh. HCCB is dedicated to ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption for customers, consumers, and system associates.
The company plans to invest in innovation, infrastructure, technical capabilities, talent acquisition, and business expansion in the Indian market to enhance its beverage experiences for consumers. Sundeep Bajoria, Vice President, India Operations, for Coca‑Cola India, said, “We are committed to building stronger and more sustainable local businesses in India.”
The Coca-Cola system in India aims to become a global production and sales organization, with the refranchising of bottling operations aimed at streamlining the region’s supply chain and improving execution.
