Officially, Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal have moved into their new house, which has particular sentimental meaning for the pair. The newlyweds had made an investment in this home long before they were married, even showing off a few photos of it in one of Sonakshi’s YouTube vlogs when it was still under construction.
Sonakshi shared warm photos of their finished house on Instagram on Thursday, writing, “Feels like home,” to give admirers a preview.
The house’s furnishings, which include a calming white and beige color scheme with striking bursts of color, perfectly capture both of their personalities. Their unique yet complementary sensibilities are reflected in the structure’s blend of sharp lines and curves. One of the most notable features is a beautiful bike that Zaheer has always wanted and is on display in the middle of their living room. Sonakshi revealed that Zaheer has dreamed about this since he was a young boy.
The couple has used eye-catching stone finishes, giant green dragonfly wall art, and mirrors of various shapes as statement decor pieces in their room. Racks of framed photos of Sonakshi and Zaheer’s treasured moments together are displayed on a special wall. On their balcony, they also have a conversation pit.
Sonakshi gave their new home a festive touch by decorating it with beautiful flowers, which created a cozy, Diwali-inspired atmosphere.
Her bathroom, on the other hand, is notable for its contemporary rustic-meets-organic design, which combines natural textures with modern elegance. It features a wooden-framed mirror and a stacked stone wall.
“We bought our house much before our wedding,” the pair said in reference to their residence. As a marriage, it was among our first investments. The construction of the puja took around nine months, and we did it ten days prior to our 2024 wedding.
Additionally, Sonakshi Sinha disclosed that some of their wedding photos were shot on the balcony of this very home, which has a breathtaking view of the highway and the sea. Last June, the couple exchanged vows.
