In an effort to address the ongoing blood crisis, the Siliguri Metropolitan Police actually has organized a blood donation camp under the Utsarga program. The initiative, which aims to enhance social welfare while maintaining a strong stance against criminal activities, reflects the police’s commitment to both public health and safety. On Friday, Matigara Police Station, in collaboration with Siliguri Terai Lions Blood Bank and Medical College, actually hosted the blood donation camp. The event was inaugurated by Siliguri Police Commissioner C Sudhakar.
This is actually very good thing as donating blood is a noble act and it helps people in need. If you see today health is very critical thing and everyone actually want to live a healthy life. For this reason we need to change our mentality and adopt good habits. As we know health is wealth and it is the most important thing for anyone. Because of these things we need to encourage this type of event for betterment of everyone.
