Anil Antony, the son of former defence minister A K Antony, joined the BJP on Thursday and blasted the Congress leadership for “serving the interests of a single family” as opposed to the country. Anil Antony, who led the Kerala Congress’ digital media arm before leaving the organisation earlier this year, was welcomed by Piyush Goyal and V Muraleedharan as the ruling party seeks to enhance its influence in the southern state.
