With a strong focus on empowering the youth through skill development, the conglomerate unveiled ‘Bajaj Beyond’ as the umbrella identity for its charitable programs.The initiative aims to benefit over 2 crore Indians, providing them with opportunities to capitalize on the nation’s burgeoning economy. Notably, the Bajaj Group has a rich history of philanthropy, with contributions totaling close to Rs. 4,000 crore in the past decade alone.
Among its flagship initiatives is the Bajaj Engineering Skills Training (BEST) program, designed to enhance the employability of engineering graduates in cutting-edge technologies. Additionally, the Certificate Program in Banking, Finance and Insurance (CPBFI) by Bajaj Finserv Ltd. targets bridging the skilling gap, especially for first-generation graduates from tier 2 & 3 towns.
