Assam 16 years old student will be honoured by Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Purashkar for animal welfare.
According to the reports, the student is identified as Saiyam Mazumdar who is from Guwahati, Assam. He is a professional snake rescuer and wildlife conservationist and also a dog rescuer.
On January 22 in New Delhi the President Draupadi Murmu will conferred the award to Saiyam and to more 19 exceptional children.
