On 20th November in a shocking incident of theft,thieves struck an empty resident located in Jaigaon’s Bhagat Singh Nagar area along the Bhutan border and stole all valuables worth lakhs. As per reports on Monday morning a local gold entrepreneur Santosh Kumar had left his house to visit a Chhath Ghat with his family. However when he returned house at around 6:30 AM, he found that the door lock had broken. When he entered the house he fined the cabinet locker in his house was damaged. In addition many gold ornaments and one lakh rupees in cash were stolen. After that Jaigaon police were notified of the incident and police arrived at the crime scene and started the investigation.
This type of crime is very bad as for this people find them very unsafe. Today crime in North Bengal is increasing very much and the police need to take strict steps so that people live in a safe place. People who got victim of this type of crime they have to go in a big suffering and it is very serious situation as they lost everything. Everyone should be strict against this type of crime and should not tolerate in any situation.
